I assume these tests (plural) were designed & conducted at Yale University. I hope they are smart enough there to be scientific about experiments. Of course, if the human subjects had not graduated yet & had not received a diploma in their chosen profession it wasn't a fair match up. O.K., I am just having a little fun with words & don't want you to mistake this for a semantic debate; the jokes on Yale. (The editorial author Kristol's subject was: how statistically valid is an expert's judgement.) Based on reports of (so called, self-styled) studies in many circumstances it is often an illusion that top people in their field actually know what is the correct choice. When an experiments successful outcome is statistically no different (ie: the margin of error is negligible) than what, say, a monkey achieves it is humbling. Many people I know seek 2nd opinions from different medical professionals & even 3rd opinions. Professional hubris in health care is the subject of a book published over 35 years ago, in English, called "Medical Nemesis."

Surround it, tell it you love it, and then roll it off your skin, onto your fingertips and place it on the ground. "Pull" it out of your heart by taking your fingers in front of your chest and firmly brushing/stroking it away from your heart, into your fingers, then shaking your fingers off like you would water. Put your fingers to your head, take a firm grasp, vibrate your fingers and "pull" the energy out, then shake it off your fingers. My husband, who was formerly a massage therapist, would take showers after doing a massage and "wipe" the energy from his patient off of him by starting at the top of his head and working down, like one would do if they were trying to dry off without a towel... big, firm, wiping motions. He was letting the water take the energy away. This may sound like mumbo jumbo and if it does ignore it. But I have anxiety as well, and I used to get horrible shingles, and I'm just 30, so it's unusual. I would also grit my teeth at night. Nightguards didn't work. What finally did work was concentrating on relaxing my body, and inserting my tongue between my teeth just the slightest. It was a physical reminder to keep my teeth apart. Perhaps you need a "signal" to yourself. A reminder to lower your anxiety. I truly think most anxiety is self-induced. Most, not all. Some is chemical imbalance. But I think that is more unusual. mmm..I'm in the process of finding new and interesting herbs ..I have many and I enjoy researching their healing qualities in my spare time... I was looking through this list of strange people...lol when I noticed that Desi wanted to know what herb was used on her bruises as a child ... Burdock Arcticum lappa - give relief from bruises and inflamed swellings- including gout. Lavender Lavandula officinalis -helps ease the aches of bruises Marsh Mallow Althaea officinalis The roots ot the mallow crushed and mixed with Slippery Elm in a poultice will ease bruises, sprains and inflammations. Comfrey (knitbone, bruise-wort, knitback, slippery root, consolida) Symphytum officinale - use leaves as a poultice to help in the healing of cuts, ulcers and abcesses, and to reduce swelling, sprains and bruises. Sage (garden sage, red sage, sawge) Savia officinalis can also be used. I hope one of them rings a bell.
