Motion-activated water spray animal repellent

Anyone have one of those motion activated sprinklers used to shoot animals in the garden? If so, how well do they work? I've seen them in a couple of catalogs recently. I wonder if they are more for large animals like deer and dogs.

I would want it for spring when my tulips come up and the squirrels eat the buds (I have liquid repellents but they still do a lot of damage), and for summer to keep the rabbits out of the beans.

Actually, both critters do a lot of damage all the time. No large predators around. The squirrels here are nasty. My kitty runs ragged trying but they are all bolder than she is.

I posted on Bulbs too.
