Wafting modern roses for no-spray garden

I've posted a similar message in the Antique Roses forum, but I'm looking to see if any modern roses meet the following requirements:

1) Roses whose fragrance permeates the air without having to bend down and sniff a bloom.

2) Can handle being in a no-spray garden in hot and humid New Orleans

3) Has repeat blooms

I'm not picky about the colors here (though I am partial to pinks, peaches, yellows, etc, but I'll take most anything color-wise).

If I have to let something go then I'd at least like something with a strong fragrance that repeats and can handle a no-spray garden. For instance, I love the Duchesse de Brabant and even though she doesn't waft, she's likely to get a spot in my new garden (unless there are enough wafting contenders).

Looking forward to your ideas!
