Help a newbie

I have a big sentimental attachment to this plant though I really know nothing about it. I just know I want it to stay alive!

Here are my main questions/facts

1. I live in the pacific northwest so there is low air humidity, but my last orchid died from over watering

2. The pot it is in doesn't have a drainage hole, is this okay?

3. The roots look like they are getting a little big for the pot, is it traumatic to repot when its already looking a little sick?

4. The flowers started to droop just a few days ago and now the stems are yellow, I've only watered it once since receiving it on November 11th... yeah, probably waited too long but didn't want it to meet the fate of the last one!

Please see photos and let me know what to do!

Oh and its potted in moss, is that the best option? Many ppl say both moss and bark is good...
