Sounds like you have a once a year blooming Dr. Huey, the root stock used by many commercial rose growers. I suspect when the previous owners planted the bush it was a different rose which died and the root stock took over. Once a year blooming roses should be pruned after they bloom. Prunng before it blooms or in the fall removes the buds which are set in the fall. Without a soil test, I question your use of Ironsafe. I'd use an organic fertilizer like Rosetone or just simple horse manure. They don't change the chemical composition of the soil like chemical fertilizers or an iron suppliment. They do enrich the soil and add organics to it.

Look in your router, in the "Wireless" settings. Look for the place where you set the encryption to "WEP" -- the "key 1" will be nearby. from the linksys forums you can use a generator to give you a custom key which I think is helpful Custom WEP Key however you do know that WEP is not very secure that you should be using WPA or WPA2 right?

I see Randy has already mentioned the most sneaky and most likely culprit. A piercing valve clog. Try this, disconnect the waterline from the refrigerator and put the end in a bucket and turn on the water. If the water flow is very good the issue is in the refrigerator. If the water flow is poor disconnect the waterline from the shut off valve and try turning on the water. I recommend a large towel for this test if the bucket won't fit under the valve. If the water flow is poor it is most likely the valve. If the water flow is good you have a clog in your waterline.
