Thanks for the replies. I'm pretty sure it's the blackberry lily (belamcanda). I have yellow eyed grass and it's similar but smaller.

Why do you think it's a candy lily instead of a blackberry lily? The blooms are small and it looks exactly like the pic of the belamcanda 'Hello Yellow' that anitamo posted.

Look at the foliage.

I did and to me it looks like the belamcanda "Hello Yellow"
