Is this Phlox paniculata / garden phlox?

Based on memory of what was blooming in this shadey area when we moved in last fall, it's possible this plant is Phlox paniculata (garden phlox). But I'm not sure. It is about 2-3 feet tall, there's lots of it, but no signs of pending bloom yet. I'm thinking it's Phlox paniculata and it's just not getting enough sun to bloom, but, then again some reading over on "Dave's Garden" suggests that maybe it's just too early to bloom. Still, if it's phlox, it's not getting nearly enough sun as it's in shade most of the day. Confirmation that it's phlox? Or something else? Thanks all!
