Name That Plant!

Palm tree identifying help

3 of these out front, around here wasps infest the flowers/berries and companies come to clip them off

the 3 are the like the first 3 images listed here:

will they flower to berry that's equal to a seed for another palm? if not how do these grow/spread/propagate? if not what are the berries/flowering for then?
