Peanut Butter Pie ( Gabriell)

Peanut Butter Cream Pie

1(8oz) Pkg cream cheese

3/4 cup powdered sugar

1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter

2 Tbls milk

1 large carton cool whip

Graham cracker crust

1 tbls roasted peanuts, chopped

Graham cracker crust

1 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs

1/4 cup peanut butter

1/4 cup butter

Combine cream cheese and powdered sugar

Beat several minutes until light and fluffy.

Stir in peanut butter and milk, beat well.

Fold in half the cool whip, blend.

Spoon into pie crust.

Spread remaining cool whip over pie and sprinkle

with chopped peanuts.

Crust: Combine all ingredients and mix well.

Press into 9 inch pie pan.

Bake 6-8 minutes at 300.

Makes one pie

Gabriell, I use Jif extra crunchy peanut butter.

I also put a little more peanut butter than the recipe calls for.

I bought my crust this time and just heated some peanut

butter in the microwave until I could spread it over the

pie crust, then I put the filling in.

You've probably made this pie before, if not i'll bet it's

in one of your cook books.

I could eat a whole pie, honestly.
