Dendrobium Hollywood Orchid Help

I got a Dendrobium Hollywood Orchid from Lowes off of the clearance rack. When I got it I saw that one of the leaves on it was starting to turn yellow but I though that it was beause they had it out in full sun. It is still loosing it's leaves on one of the stems. Is this common? I have it where it gets sun from an eastern facing window. I'm also not sure how to water or feed it. Is it the same as a phalaenopsis or is it different? Also is it an evergreen dendrobim or not? I tried looking it up online but I couldn't really figure out which one it was.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
