It is necessary to carry advertisements in the cyber-world, but some of the advertisers are so intrusive that it, to me at least,has exactly the opposite effect intended, I don't ever want to even consider their product.

Some forums go slow and others go very fast. The number of pages archived varies accordingly. There are posts that I can remember from years ago and sometimes look up but there are times when the only option is The Way Back Machine Internet Archive and that is often sketchy as they miss a lot of posts. If there was an archive here it wold help a lot more than some may realize.

When you start a thread there is the option to have follow ups emailed to you. Then if you go back to post on that thread there is the option to not have the emails continue. When I am in a hurry I sometimes click on the "Click here" box instead of the "Prevue" box and have to copy, save, go back and start again if I still want to get the emails. If the "click here" were to be put at the end of the sentence instead of the beginning it would help differentiate between that and "prevue" and save time and irritation.

I'd like to see the "search" respond with the most recent posts first! Not just here at the Party, but in the other forums as well; sometimes I try to locate a thread where I remember the subject matter but not the exact title, and the search results will be from all over the calendar but rarely contain the rather recent post I'm looking for!
