How do I use a powder with hose end sprayer?
Comments (5)You can't- I have a backpack sprayer I paid $175 for that is designed to spray "wettable powders" it's a SPO msde by SP-Syetems (name brand) sprayer. I use it for my apple/pear orchard. It has a grinder/agitator in it to allow the powder to mix and be sprayed. 150psi. Comments (2)I can't speak for others but when working in the tomato patch I always had several outfits dedicated to just working with the tomatoes, for the very reason you noted as to staining of clothes. Maybe someone knows some special soap, or chemical, but I just washed my increasing green tinted clothes and watched them get greener and greener as the years passed, and when they were so tatty and green I started with a new set of tomato clothes. Same with sneakers, which I usually wore in the tomato field. So at one time I could have what I called my dress sneakers, then dress sneakers slightly soiled, then usually two pairs of tomato sneakers in case one pair got wet so I'd have a dry pair for the next day. ( smile) Carolyn, who grew a heck of a lot more than just tomatoes, so really should be saying special dedicated gardening clothes and sneakers....See MoreHow often do you clean out/change purses?
Comments (31)When I graduated from high school in '65, my mother's friend gave me a clutch type wallet as a graduation gift, and somehow, very quickly, that evolved into my purse, and I have just carried a wallet like that ever since. I carry the same one for years...until it literally falls apart. Right now, the zipper on the zippered coin compartment is broken, so when I am out and I get change, I carry it in my pocket, or put it in the console of my truck. My truck is my purse. I keep receipts in my wallet and about once a month, take them out and put them away. I save a lot of my change, and keep it in a jar in one of my cupboards. Once a month, I empty the jar and put it away. I try to make sure I save a little more each month than I did the previous one. I've tried carrying a purse a couple of times since I switched to the wallet and it seems so heavy and kills my shoulders. Hairbrush and anything I think I will need....I keep in my truck....See MoreHow often do you clean out~~~
Comments (17)no purse, Just pockets. So everyday. I have a money clip with cards and cash in one pocket, my cell phone and keys in another. sometimes lip balm. No, I am not a man, but I hate having to carry a purse. I work in merchandising in grocery stores. I don't like to hide my purse in the car,or try to keep and eye on it while working in the stores..... so I got used to pockets. When I do carry a purse, going out to dinner or dressed up nice with no pockets, I clean it out when I go to work the next day. Now, since I am used to NOT carrying a purse, I have been known to leave it sitting in a booth when we go out to dinner..... ooops!...See Moremdr944
