If you care for your lawn, and mow it regularly so it can't flower, then it won't produce pollen. People with hay fever have reactions not from well tended lawns, but from grasses that are allowed to flower (fields, overgrown lawns, grass crops, etc). Many of the current KBG cultivars are apomictic, meaning they produce seeds asexually, without the need for flowering. Creeping red fescue sod might exist, but I doubt it, plus it isn't the best choice for most lawns. Bermuda grass is one of the only grasses that produces pollen, but this is usually when it is neglected, or poorly cared for. Healthy Bermuda rarely produces pollen.
