I finally just read all of these posts and noticed Martin's saga of the Yellow W55. I'm sure that everybody sees through his cr*p, but I'm going to have to call bullsh*t on at least part of his story. Martin hints that credit cannot go to Dr. Raabe in the catalog blurb because this might somehow tarnish his image. Yet Martin clearly identifies respected emeritus professor Dr. Robert Raabe in an earlier post. He seems to believe that long lost journals are going to note the missing seeds from this precious tomato (a tomato so precious that it was never released). Martin said that Raabe took some seeds, not that he ripped the entire plant out of the ground. And if some reputation tarnish will develop, we all know who took those seeds now, don't we? Thanks, Martin. Martin, if you want to be the great savior of all things Wisconsin, have at it. Just have a little honesty in the process. I like WI cheese as much as the next guy, but yours really stinks. Now back to more important things. My wife made it worth my while to take the Dubya bumber sticker out of my truck before the election. I am willing to compromise for peace.

I am so, so sorry. I'd followed your story of Mickey and all that you'd done for him to get him well. He was doing so well, it is such a shock for this to happen. But he definitely knew he was loved, and he returned it with love and gratitude. You are such a wonderful person to have done all you did for him. You will be blessed for having such a loving and generous heart.

I can't believe that I'v been coming to The Kitchen Table for 10+ years. And we all never met each other. if I tried to explain this to anyone, they wouldn't believe how much I look forward to your posts when something major happens in my life. I love you guys. It's a strange thing to me how I love you all so much, but never met you. I think we are all in the same boat in this life of ours. and we all feel the same.

(((((CR))))) I am so sorry you have had to expereince this part of having a furkid. It is hard but try to do what I do when faced with this kind of thing. I go in with the baby and hold him or her while they are put down. I talk to them and then I picture myself handing this furkid back up to God, where it came from to begin with. And then I try to imagine what it is like to be with God and all perfect again. I don't know if that kind of imagery will help you, but it really does help me get through these things. I can't begin to tell you how many furkids we have had to put down over the years. It never gets any easier either. Helen
