Considering a possible Nanodes medusae hybrid

I came across an offer for a hybrid of Nanodes medusae described as "Nanodes medusae X porypherum". I've contacted the person for more info, but no answer yet. I've googled and used Orchid Wiz 4.0 to see if I can come up with some sort of match for "porypherum" (even if a different genus), but no luck.
Does anyone here have any clue as to what the N. medusae could have been crossed? I know this isn't much info, but I'm wanting to grab the plant if it's a real N. medusae hybrid (that species is one of my favorites). I just have my doubts if the seller has the correct info.
I've included a link to the only image.
