yellow leaves are always blight?

Yep, it's been unusually cool and very wet this season. Three of my tomato plants started with spots on lower leaves, which became total yellowing of leaves, and it's spreading up the plants.

Fresh, organic tomatoes are the fav garden vegetable, well cukes, also.

Is this fungal blight? Do I have to destroy all plants?

Is there anything I can do to save them? A milk spray?

Will I have to avoid planting tomatoes there next year?

Never had this problem with maters before. Please help.
