Nobody responded to me so I fixed my problem myself. - This is risky, so I'm not recommending it. I'm just letting you all know because you might wonder why my list is up-to-date now. Anyway, I went to 'Edit your Exchange List', copied my info and then made a backup of both my 'haves' and 'wants' in Word. I then blanked out my entire exchange list and was able to successfully save my now 'empty' exchange list. After that, I pulled it up, copied my 'haves' and 'wants' from my Word backup, edited to my heart's content and then successfully saved my now up-to-date list. Again, I am not recommending you try this because you run the risk of losing your whole list.

I am quite annoyed with my local store - I was told we could order our cabinets and by the time we'd need to order counter, they'd have the sale. The terms and conditions are different than what the employee told me (we spent enough but already got delivery on Saturday) Taking it all back is just not possible and stinks because we spent $150 to get it delivered to avoid multiple trips. I know how Ikea is with sales and they are sticklers. *sigh* 40% off was just enough of a sale to afford stone (it worked out to be $400 more than wilsonart HD with the sale on the counter I really wanted)

Yep. Now I know why. Your package is headed to the dreaded ISC New York. I have heard horrid stories about packages never updating when they hit that particular ISC. Just be prepared for your package to arrive at your doorstep one day. I can guarantee it will still go through NY customs (different from ISC), so that, in itself, can take a few days. The good news is Jack will refund your order, if it never arrives (he will be able to tell by tracking it). And if any are DOA, take pics and let Jack know. He will either refund you for the dead ones, or ship them with your next order. It is a gamble to order from overseas.
