The Fallacy of Organic Certification

Virtually every element on this earth and its atmosphere is contaminated with other elements to some degree. Even pure gold will have some contaminants in it.

Things like dried blood, urine, emulsified fish products among others are approved and recommended for use in organic farming/gardening. Wait just a minute, donÂt they test blood in humans to determine the efficiency of the liver to remove contaminants, donÂt they test the urine of athletes to determine if they use drugs and the heath dept. recommends limiting the amount of fish consumed per month because of the present of heavy metals? I think the USDA should drop the organic certification program and replace it with a required label of guaranteed analysis on any product for consumption or any products for producing consumable products.
