About me: I’m 21, halfway through finishing my major in biology @ UMaine. I’ve been gardening solidly for a couple of years and refuse to use synthetic fertilizer. I like to grow vegetables but hopefully will explore into some cool flowers when I get a chance. Composting is great, I hope to do it more, and dream of the day when I have my own land to do this stuff rather than just my parent’s land (Leaving for school after the summer puts a damper on keeping compost piles warm!). A career having to do with plants would be great. I’m also considering one having to do with insects or reptiles or some other kind of animal, not sure yet what to do, though.
