spraying for peach/nectarine/plums/quince/pears

I have various fruit trees I planted in my backyard and they are pretty small as I'm doing Backyard Orchard Culture (about 3-4ft high now after a year)... Also have mulberries and blueberries.

Anyway, I want my trees to be protected as much as I can from peach leaf curl, bacterial spot/canker, insect borers etc. as all this effort Im hoping wouldnt be thawarted next year by a lil' bug/bacteria/fungus.

I read a little bit and see like people spray 3 times copper sprays when tree is dormant [thanksgiving, new year, and valentines day] (and maybe they also spray a 'dormant oil spray' mixed into that mixture that 3rd spray as trees buds are breaking). Seems like people like the copper spray more than lime/sulfer sprays so hence why Im set on using copper.

I saw only one product mentioned on threads here, Kocide 3000 for a copper spray, I also saw Bonide had cheaper more consumer-based products like liquid copper and copper dust on amazon.com.

I was just curious what people would recommend for those trees/berries I listed (I assume I can use copper on majority of those trees like peach/plum/nectarine/quince/pear/) ... If can mention specific products, that would be great.

and also if the spraying schedule i got from internet sounds right for most those trees?...

and also do people apply a dormant oil spray mixed in their 3rd spray mixture? ...

What specific dormant oil products do you use (I saw a Volck oil spray on amazon, not sure if that is a dormant oil spray)?
