I had a computer with serial ports that I used to work my Ultimate Box(my reader/writer box) by Vikant but I had to get a new computer and the new ones are Vista and have USB ports. My son got me a serial to usb connector and now I'm back in business Does this help? I don't know what an LPT port is so maybe we're talking different things here...

I think the sage green is lovely, but personally, IMO your lawn is so green that you don't need more, lol. I'd go with bright white, with a soft gray or charcoal roof, and a bright color trim--maybe bright green there, or red? Or a nice glossy black. You rarely see bright, dramatic colors on houses, and IMO that's a shame because they add so much cheer and personality. Houses where I used to live often had those bright red, green, or black trims, and I loved the way they looked (houses were white or cream-color). I also agree re painting the front door and storm door the same color. Phuninthesun's cedar trim is beautiful, though.

Well heavy dripping isnt a good thing, but, the stipple from the rollers is normal. You do not have to sand between coats of paint. What do you mean by roller marks, other than the normal stippling, that happens when you use a roller. Are they using rollers meant for smooth walls, that gives less stippling. Rollers should not be the cheap type either, get the very best rollers. Did they primer the walls, wondering why its taking 3 coats of paint. New paint has good coverage, and 2 coats should be enough. I would never do less than 2 coats.
