What does Shinko and Yoinashi asian pear taste like?

I need one more pear tree, but I can't decide which pear tree to plant on Shinko, Hosui or Yoinashi. From what I have read so far, shinko trees will decline much as they age. Hosui is a taste winner, but it will decay in the center while in storage for too long. Yoinashi has more fine texture than other asian pears. Once, I tasted an asian pear which had fine texture, but it was soft and not crisp. It was too mushy for me. I am hoping Yoinashi has the similar taste like Hosui with crisp and juicy, but not as coarse. Am I looking at wrong tree? Does Shinko and Hosui have the similar taste and texture? It is hard to do a taste comparison before choosing the trees since most fruits are not been labeled with names in the stores.

Thanks for you time :)
