Full StoryGetting ready to do the first hydraulic fluid change on my Graavely 60" ZTR. The pumps are HydroGear 3100's, and the procedure doesn't sound too involved. However, since these things are pretty similar, I figured I'd ask the forum for some advice before I do it. I have to jack up the rear end so the wheels can be turned to purge the air after the oil change. I have a pretty stout tow attachment on the back and wondered if that would be an appropriate place to support the weight of the rear end. I also was wondering if it is a good idea to jump the seat switch so I don't have to be sitting in the seat with the rear end jacked up in order to work the levers during the purge process? Haven't looked at that switch yet, but it should be fairly easy to use some aligator clips to jump it. Any other issues to think about?
Thanks,
Chuck
