What is killing my blueberries? Water-disease-Fertilizer?

This bed is about 3 years old. Soil is clay heavily amended with peat moss. Plants are mulched with pine straw. Top 3 plants are Bluecrop, the rest are Jersey. They came from Costco as year old plants. They were grown out in pots for a couple of years then put into the bed.

I have a soaker hose in the pine straw. They were last fed with 1/2 strength azalea MG(by watering can) on July 15th and ran the soaker hose on July 30th. WE had a wet spring, but now we are close to drought in this area and have had severweeks of 95+ weather, then a couple of thunderstorms in the last week. I had seen a lot of new growth, but over the last week or so there has a been a lot of die-back on the upper plants. Bed is on a slant.

I have looked at many images of sick plants and the above seem to be the possible culprits. Hopefully the photos will help.

Are these plants salvageable or should I just get new ones next year and do some sort of raised bed for these? Or maybe a large container?

The whole bed has never really taken off like I had hoped.
