Tom, Open up a Photobucket account and put your picture there. Once it's uploaded, there's a line of code that will begin 'a href.....' (the HTML code) that you want to post in a message here and viola!

i use photobucket to host my pictures. with photobucket you can use the html code that they provide to put in the message block on the forum. you will see the picture when you preview the message before you submit, if it is done correctly or you can use this code, but you will still have to use a different site to host your picture. <img src=http://www.web address of picture here.jpg>

I use photobucket.com, go there and you can use pics from "my pictures" on your comp, create a url or http then copy and paste it to your post =) go, try! =) Good Luck!
