Help - Black mold on apple tree leaf veins

Hi,

I have a one year old Jonagold De Coster tree that has a black mold looking substance on a lot of the leaves. It seems to be mostly on the leaf veins. This spring I planted four different apple trees and did not think I had to spray because I was not expecting fruit. Does anyone know what this is and how I can get rid of it? It seems to be confined to the one tree.

Also, all of my trees have yellowish spots on them which I think is cedar apple rust. Should I be spraying the trees for the rest of the season even though there is no fruit?

Also, alot the leaves seem to be browning a little on the edges. I just put down 8 oz of 10-10-10 fertilizer, because I think they may be deficient in something. Does anyone know where to get a soil analysis done on Long Island?
