Hello
I posted a picture of a pink and green varigated plant for identification awhile back. Was labeled schefflera. It was identified here on the form as a Moses in the Cradle.
It is not looking very good anymore. I think I overwatered it because it started to wilt a bit and some of leaves started to wilt. So, took it out of the soggy soil, separated it and ended up with several little plants that are all drooping. They seem to be all rotten at the base of the stem and all the leaves are slowly rotting upward. Is there any suggestions of anything to do. I also tried cutting off some leaves and starting them in water. They are rotting too.
Maybe they are planted too deep and they need to have more of the main stem out of the soil? Thanks for any advice. I did also buy one single Moses in Cradle at the same time that I must not have overwatered because it looks kind of ok but not great.
