Mission Impossible: Ferns

All the cool kids seem to want ferns; I get asked about them a lot at work. We have many different kinds, but I only have firsthand experience with a few, so I usually recommend rabbit's-foot to people: of the three kinds of ferns I've tried (bird's-nest, rabbit's-foot, holly), that's been the easiest one for me. But I really have no idea; probably there's something easier.

So anyway. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to come up with a relative ranking, from hardest to easiest, of the following ferns:

Pteris (brake, table ferns)

Davallia (rabbit's-foot, squirrel's-foot ferns)

Nephrolepsis (Boston fern and cultivars)

Asplenium (bird's-nest fern)

Adiantum (maidenhair fern)

Platycerium (staghorn fern)

Polypodium (bear's-paw, hare's foot fern)
