I've been a lurker here, have posted very occasionally. I had gotten a huge thick mirror (broken) given to me. I have been trying to collect bb. Have about 4. I came upon some blue glass'gobs' at a yard sale. So I figured hey....I G eII them to a golf ball and a croquet ball. I grouted them with white. My question is, Can I add grout where it doesn't look so good to make it a little smoother or am I just too picky? As I waited for them to dry, I started to smash the mirror into usable size pieces. Is it neccessary to grout a black bb, if I am covering it with broken mirror? Am I supposed to lay it out in a pattern (like I did on workbench) and put it on or just jigsaw puzzle it together as I go? With the mirror pieces, if I do not grout, should I use more geII? or less so it is not as noticable? Please bear with the newbie. DH is on trip and I have until tuesday that I don't have to put everything away in garage when I am done each day.~~sigh~~ Any help would be Greatly Appreciated.
