How do you all build the ends of your low tunnels?

Hi all.

Great site I just stumbled across. Already found a lot of great information.

I'm about to set up my first low tunnel to experiment with growing into (and hopefully through) the winter. I have my hoops set up, ropes laid out, etc., and am ready for the plastic to go on; however, I'm at a bit of a crossroads about what to do with the ends of the tunnel. Do most of you simply bunch up the plastic on either end and place a sand bag or other heavy weight on the plastic, or do you build some kind of other, more permanent end solution?

One solution I've thought of is taking some old scrap plywood I have in my garage and cutting it to match the end hoop shape then securing it to the end hoops. That would lend itself nicely to placing a vent in either end.

So I'm curious to hear what all of you that use low tunnels do to secure the ends. Lay your ideas on me.
