newly planted Belle of Georgia peach tree - no leaves

I have a Belle of Georgia peach tree that was just planted at the beginning of March. It had some swolen flower buds and leaf buds when planted. The late frost came and I know all flower buds are dead. In the warm weather that came before the late frost, it started to produce leaves. Those leaves died as well. It's a 1 year old tree. It has no new leaves on it as of now. Tree has not turned grey. Is the tree going to leaf? Or will it die completely? It got down to about 26 degrees at night for about a week. Some of the limbs I suspect are dead, because they are turning grey/black. But some appear to have healthy red/brown branches. When I planted it, I gave it a good dose of Monty's carbon joy juice for the soil. Will it live?
