Peach Trees 1st Year frost wilted peach tree leaves, what to do?

The Cold Front ( 29F with wind) last week from Canada has made my new 3 ft high peach trees leaves all wilt. I put garbage bags on each of them each night but I guess it did not keep them warm enough, in retrospect I should have left a run of christmas lights going in the garbage bags, if I had known that peach trees were that suseptable to damage from the cold. My cheeries and apples 1st year are fine.

Are these 4 trees dead now and I have to get new ones, since the leaves are wilted and are now turning brown? Is there anything I can do to help them out, grow new leaves?

Any help would be appreciated.
