Initial pruning of an Asian Pear with two leaders

Earlier today, I received a bare-root Asian Pear (Korean Giant on OHxF97) with two central leaders. They branch apart fairly low on the tree and stay within a few inches of each other for ~2.5'.

Should I:

1.) Top it to the point where the trunks branches into two (fairly low, leaving only ~1.5 feet of trunk)

2.) Leave it alone

3.) Cut one of the leaders at the point where it branches out.

Thanks,

Bob
