Most ornamental astringent persimmon?

I'm a landscape designer and I want to start incorporating persimmons into my designs since they're so beautiful.

I personally love the taste of American persimmon when soft but was not thrilled with the taste of the asian persimmons that you could eat firm. I'm guessing I'd like the taste of those that you eat when soft like American ones.

I've seen 'Nikitas gift' in person at a nursery and thought it had beautiful form. I'd like to use that in some of my plans.

Any good recommendations though for pure astringent kaki persimmon trees that reach about 8-10 maybe 15' tall max and have a very "asian" form and would be good for things like focal points and promenades?

The idea of a persimmon promenade with their fruit hanging on the branches after the leaves have fallen make my design senses go crazy!
