Hard to see in the video but try searching for the colorado potato beetle. See if that is what you have.

It looks like a bear lying on a clear plate with it's legs and arms sticking out right? I remember seeing one of these in my garden last year but I never identified it.

The pattern on its back looks kind of like a tiny frog, right? Darn, I'm trying to remember what that's called; people were talking about it on gardenweb somewhere just a week or two ago. It's some kind of stinkbug if I recall correctly.

Sure can't tell from the video. Sorry. If it is eating the leaves then the most likely bet is potato beetle.

I have them sometimes on my tomato plants. they do damage leaves but never too badly, and there are never too many of them.

Karenrei that is exactly what it looks like! Should I be worried? Are they like Japanese beetles and start to multiply by the thousands in the matter of weeks?

No........I usually get a few each year, and they're such a novelty that I don't even harm them. You can usually control them by picking them off.
