I have lots of oregano and rosemary seeds, and an assortment of other herbs and veggies, and a few flowers. Take a look at my trade list and see it there's anything you'd like. I've been looking for a lot of the things you have- I would love to trade for your Lincoln peas, beets, yellow Spanish onions, salsify, atomic red carrot, purple sprouting broccoli, and/or summer savory. For winter reading, try Gaia's Garden. The writer's garden was in Oregon and he gives lots of excellent ways of yearound gardening. The magic moment for winter sown veggie crops is 10hrs of daylight. Around early October. Plants need to be a certain size by then in order to produce in winter. I bet your chard will come on strong with the increasing spring light!
