Raccoons tore up crop covers

That's right. Those raccoons pulled the sheets away from the end of the raised bed that were attached to the crop covers and in the process the covers got ripped. (covered wagon / wacko-western look)

Not only are they finding every blasted ripening tomato, they're biting into the green ones.

I knew we needed fencing, but I never win at the corporate meetings. Fiscal what?

If my grand kids didn't live so darned close I would have several strong drinks (if I had some). Meditation doesn't work any more than those flimsy covers -- that the hail ruined anyway -- cost me a big buck to buy that cloth tape to patch the holes.
