Peas. Should I toss them?

I planted peas on April 11, almost a month later than last year due to the cold and windy weather in SE Michigan. They germinated in 10 days, but have been limping along ever since. They look healthy but are only about 8 inches tall. (I have shell peas, snow peas and sugar snap). Here it is almost June, and the weather in Michigan has been ghastly. It is now 90 degrees! I was eating peas this time last year!

Question: should I chuck them? Seems like it will be way to hot for them very soon and they are taking up valuable garden real estate. I would hate to let them go on and end up with crappy peas and a loss of more time. Thanks
