I know of a girl who lives in the US, who's dad is trapped in the rubble of the building he worked in over in Haiti. Last time i heard, workers finally got there to clear the area and dig up survivors, and God forbid, corpses. By the time they got there, its been close to or over 48 hours.

I've been thinking about this all day. Going through clothes and hoping I will find somewhere locally I can take donations. I cannot imagine what it must be like to lose your entire family or go without food and water. Lots and lots and lots of prayers.

Many prayers and love and comfort.

Horrible what's happening in Haiti, children trapped in school, among others---hope and pray for them to be rescued, my heart and prayers go out to all the victim of this worst disaster, Katrina was and still is felt as awful but there weren't so many trapped, wounded, without any transportation etc...thousands are wounded and hurt, awaiting help, thankfully US and the world are helping, my prayers for the poor suffering people and those helping them.
It's making us feel better about ourselves to be able to help and realize as bad as it may be--- we haven't got it so bad, thankfully.

I saw on the news today they pulled out a small child with the help of a dog. The father was looking up thanking God. They are religious people. It made me cry. Yes, we should all pray and donate money if we can. We are rich compared to them.
