The Dark Garden: Hydroponics is a wasteful shame

Yes I know it's hard for a lot of people to understand but it's true. Hydroponics works. No question but like the automobile what do you do with the left over stuff coming out of the tail pipe. What because you don't see it it's alright? But that the same problem with the nutrient mix. The only choice you have with that is to flush it down the jhon. Not only that how much water do you have to use to flush the salts out of your chambers and what happens to that water? It becomes waste too. Flush goes that too. You can't use it on your lawn, after 2 or 3 applications your lawns, flower bed or potted plants start to turn yellow. The soil turns toxic. Toxic. Haven't you been reading about those huge alge blooms. Their caused by nutrient runoff from farmers and hydroponic growers. No cars and hydroponics were just stops on the way while things were plentiful, now there not. We need better, simplier ways.
