Just depends o the reporter's ears and eyes, I think, they seem to see what they want and then think it is true. Sitting at the Dentist and reading the old magazines there with all the gossip and so forth, it changes from one publication to another, I know I don't bother buying them any more, just do catchups at the dentist LOL. Maybe a few comments. Tennesee has lots of climates, Memphis is a lot different from Nash ville as an example. Most pole beans grow well in East Tennesse, sothwestern can be quite hot and humid. The Appalchian region is great for beans and many of the heritage varieties originated in the area. Lima beans. Baby limas have adifferent flavor than the giant limas. Christmas/Calico is one of more prolific giant limas. King of the Garden is the standard for whites. Whether you prefer shellies or dried beans is a matter of taste. Shellies are harvested when the beans are full size and pods are leathery and easy to open. For Dry beans the pods are allowed to dry on the plants, harvested, dried some more, and then shelled. They usually grow in flushes with intervals between harvest. This harvest photo shows a mix of shellies and dry. Cowpeas come in all sizes colors and shape. Zippers have green shells that don't dramatically change colors like purple hull types. For shellies the pods will get lighter in color and be full of peas. Zippers are noted for easy shelling as shellies. If you let dry on the vine, they can then be used as dry peas. They are most desired as green shellies.

The plant is in my shed that we turned into an extra bedroom. It will stay there for now but can't be there in winter. I want to propagate the long vines that have no leaves in the middle. I have had poor luck propagating Marble Queen, they seem more delicate that regular Goldens. What I did with the other long golden was cut a few vines but some of the long ones I put in seed starting mix still attached to the mother plant. I also put one vine looped down into a jar of water (water from my fish tank which the plants love). I think I will do that with the MQ as well. That way I can hopefully get roots on a vine before I cut it. I know that really long vines can be harder to get roots. I think this one really needed some good sunlight. I will leave her there for now and I should have my potting medium within a week or so. I will transplant her and then see about trying to propagate some of the vines while still attached. Maybe I should fertilize her now so she has more strength for when I repot? I know the better sunlight will help too.

The door asymmetry on the front really throws me too. 3'-0" aisles in the kitchen are insufficient for new construction. Make them at least 4. I'd like to know why you'd want an upstairs gym. Anyone working out in the early morning will be waking up the person in the adjacent bedroom, unless the gym is only used for low impact yoga and meditating. You have an entire unfinished basement - that would be the perfect spot for a gym. Ours is in the basement and I can still hear DH dropping weights. If a treadmill were in that room - THUMP THUMP THUMP THUMP. Living room absolutely feels crammed into a space that would normally just hold token furniture - a sideboard and a couple chairs no one sits in. That space feels like it should be a foyer, not a living room. Why do you need 2 sets of stairs to the basement?
