Tomato and Cucumber/Pepper in 18 Gal. Container?

Hello Everyone,

I just crafted a self-watering container using an 18 gallon container. I estimate that it has a 6 gallon reservoir and approx. 12 gallons of soil. I would like to plant a roma tomato plant and either a cucumber or pepper plant in this container. Is this too much plant for this size container, or would I be better off just planting one plant in this container?

Thanks in advance.
