My grape hyacinth always throws up foliage in fall. Doesn't bloom then, just always puts up foliage. Did you plant some of it? If so, it'll be fine, just ignore it. The foliage is grassy looking.

Crocus doesn't pop up (if it is the spring flowering crocus we're talking about), but if it's fall crocus, it could be sprouting.

The bulbs will be ok. The foliage might come up but the cold temps won't really hurt it. You will still have blooms in the spring. It happens here by me every few years & the flowers the next spring are just fine. Cold temps will shut down the foliage production & all will be fine next spring.
I was concerned once about the very same thing but I have seen it enough now to know no damage takes place.

The bulbs that are left after forcing seldom bloom. First, forcing a bulb stresses it, kinda like jet lag for humans. Second, it's unlikely that your tulips got as much sun inside while they were blooming nicely for you as they would have had outside in a garden; did you fertilze them? Most soil used for forcing bulbs doesn't contain any fertilizer. Third, many tulip hybrids are difficult to bloom year after year even under the best garden conditions. Finally, when planted shallow (as they usually are in forcing pots), tulips produce smaller (and larger quantities) daughterbulbs than when planted deep.

Don't expect the bulbs left over from forcing to bloom unless they're about 10cm in circumference (1.25 inches in diameter).

I concur with Patwood on the tulips. Most tulips can be considered annuals anyway, unless they are species. Species tulips are rarely, if at all, used for forcing. Some gregii and Darwin (plain red and yellow) will return, but generally speaking, tulips are good for one time only.
