Small Greenhouse/cold frame already mostly built, pictures

Hello all.

Pictures at the bottom..so I have been building a cold frame mostly to grow my favorite vegetables (broccoli and spinach!) in the winter. I didn't like any of the designs I saw so I made my own out of 2x2s. Made a 4'x4' raised bed, this sits on the ground, and the cold frame fits over this. To access the vegetables, I just lift up the cold frame and it lays on its side.

Just have the wood part finished so far. I need to put the plastic on, it is 3' wide. I need some help on how to attach the plastic. I have read this:

http://www.ehow.com/how_5843118_fasten-plastic-wooden-greenhouse.html

But I do not understand what they mean by #4 and #5. What do you think I should do? I'm open to input at this point. Mostly wondering how to do the plastic but also open to suggestions on changing or adding to the frame design.

With raised bed - sorry these first two are taken at night
