Do I have to wait to move hyacinths?

2 years ago I planted some Festival Hyacinths, small daffodils and minor bubs in clusters. As it turned out, the strappy foliage doesn't go with the perennials I now have growing in this bed, things like short purple-leaved heucheras. I meant to move them last year but spring got away from me and by the time I had the time, the foliage had disappeared.

I know I should wait until the foliage ripens. But it's so tempting to dig them now while I can see what I'm doing, while I can just dig up each clump and plant it whole. If they are moved immediately to a new location, can't they finish ripening there?
