Does anyone know what sunflower this is?

For the last 2 years the birds have "volunteered" a sunflower seed (from their feeders) right in the middle of one of my raised flower beds and I've let it grow just to see what would happen. Year one I got a plant about 2 feet tall with one flower head. This year I've got a plant about 4 feet tall with multiple flower heads. I'd love to have a row of them in the area behind the storage bins, but I don't want to wind up with 8 or 10 foot giants. Given my experience with the "volunteers," I'm guessing that the bird food sunflower seeds are mixed varieties. I'd be extremely grateful for any help you can give. Most of the forum posts I've found seem to be looking for greater height, which isn't what I'm after!
