We have worked with Lisa on two kitchens and she's the best. She has lots of great solutions to maximize storage and design practicality, and she's willing to offer opinions on how things are going to look, because of her long experience in the field. Lisa is always accessible for questions and concerns, provides accurate measurements, and her orders are correct and complete. She provides delivery dates which are real, and works with us to provide completely honest and personal attention. She saved us money when she could, support for our ideas and figured out how to make them happen! Our new kitchen is beautiful and just what we wanted, thanks to Lisa.

working with lisa was a complete joy! she has great ideas, offers suggestions, listens to your needs. most importantly she is honest and keeps every promise! her designs were exactly what we wanted. she gave a ship date for the kitchen and ship exactly on that date with no mishaps at all on the delivery. also there to answer questions and follow up to any details was perfection. pictures to follow of installations soon! could not be happier!!!!

I can't say enough good things about Lisa Tricinelli! She guided me through the process providing a great design for our space and lifestyle. The cabinets arrived exactly when she said they would. Hiccups along the way prompted me to contact Lisa several times during installation. She was prompt and responsive. We are pleased with the quality of Omega cabinets and thrilled with our new kitchen thanks to Lisa.

Lisa is by far the best cabinet maker I have worked with for reasonably cost well made Omega cabinets. She is a true talent laying out a kitchen and her diligence to detail really shows once the cabinets are installed. I have no hesitation sending her to a client and know they will receive the best service.

Lisa at Kitchens by Design was great to work with. We had the unfortunate experience of a flood due to a broken pipe and needed to do a full kitchen re-model. After numerous phone calls and reiterations, she helped us to finally come up with a design that we loved and was within our budget. She checked every detail to make sure the appliances we ordered fit flawlessly. The cabinets were delivered in a timely manner and issues that arose were quickly resolved. I highly recommend her company.

Kitchens by Design is a great outfit. I have brought many clients to Lisa to look at cabinet styles and get some layout options. Lisa is a real professional when it comes to kitchen layouts. She understands how a good kitchen layout can aid the home chef. She is a whiz at storage solutions and attractive balance in cabinetry. Her cabinet selections cover all bases in price, style and functionality.

When we decided to redo our dated kitchen, had no idea where to start. We walked into Kitchens by Design (a cute little free standing little cottage) because we'd passed it many times and wanted to see what it was about. From the moment we walked in, I knew that Lisa (the owner) was someone that I wanted to work with. She was attentive to our needs and went above and beyond just choosing cabinets. She was able to immediately gauge my taste and suggest several options, all of which were exactly what I was thinking. She worked with us throughout the process to help guide us about what next steps were approaching. Because she is very experienced, she was able to recommend other venders for fixtures, tile and other related items. She was patient, and spent hours in her store and on the phone, helping us to make sure that each decision was the right one. In the end, we have a beautiful country kitchen, for which she deserves most of the credit.
