Whole house design: all new furnishings and finishes combined with family heirloom antiques. Our client needed direction in her new house; she loves color and bold design, but wanted to be surrounded by family treasures so we took our cue from the blues in her grandmother's china. Navys, cobalts, and soft blues sing against layers of warm neutrals. The chesterfield sofa was custom designed to fit into the bookshelf niche and we acquired vintage chairs that we reupholstered with beautiful details. The hand-knotted rugs brought all of the colors together.
