A renovation/addition of a historic Wallace Frost home in Birmingham, MI.
Painstaking details were taken into account for this project that took almost 2 years to complete. Matching existing details that had to be extensively sourced, like hardware sourced from England to match existing door hinges, matching metal windows that took months to locate and custom tile to match existing salvaged tile that we repurposed in 2 of the bathrooms. We had a local metal fabricator match the style of the existing fireplace hood for a new hood in the kitchen. Kitchen tiles are hand made and sourced through Ann Sacks tile. Existing first floors were taken up, repaired and reused and matched for the addition of the kitchen and family room. Furnishings are a mix of antiques and contemporary pieces for a welcoming eclectic look.
