Our Williams Way model was featured in the 2021 Toledo HBA Parade of Homes! After visiting, attendees had the chance to give feedback and vote for their favorite home. Our model was recognized as the Favorite Overall Home, Favorite Interior Design & Favorite Bathroom. As attendees walked through the home, we received many compliments about the color and finish choices, but also the quality of our craftsmanship. People were able to learn about what makes a Moline Builders home unique, including our commitment to building 100% Energy Star certified homes and our use of Superior Walls for the foundation. Not only are our homes well built, but they're also beautiful. Our Design & Project Manager worked hard to create a timeless and fresh feel. The home feels open and airy, drawing you in from the moment you walk through the front door.

Based on our Elite South floor plan, there is almost 2800 square feet of living space on the first floor (not including the garage or porch) and over 1000 square feet of finished space in the basement, including a guest suite. Many people commented on the 9 foot ceilings and large windows in the basement, which make it feel like a true part of the home, not just a place for storage.

A few days after the parade, we handed off the keys to the new homeowner and we are so proud of the hard work our entire team put into this home!
